HHDT and HWDT, HFDT Series
Ti coated HHD and HWD,HFD diamond series, suitable for metal bonding
systemor vitrified bonding system. The coating greatly enhances the mechanical
attachment of diamond to the bond matrix through the strong metallurgical
adhesion between Ti and the matrix. The coating also protects diamond from
oxidation or metal erosion which causes graphitization of the diamond,
therefore, improves the application featrues of the diamond tools.
HWDRN56 (Spiked) Series
Ni coated JR1 diamonds with spiky morphology and coating level 56 wt%,
suitable for resin bond system. The spiky morphology enables superior retention
of RVD diamond and excellent heat dissipation, hence effectively extends
the tools life.
RVDN56 Series
Ni coated RVD diamonds with coating level 56 wt%, recommended for resin
bond system. The coating greatly improves the mechanical retention of diamonds
to bond matrix and reduces heat damage, hence effectively extends the tools
life.
HWDRC50 Series
Cu coated JR1 diamonds with coating level 50 wt%, recommend for resin
bond tools. Able to etffectively enhance the tools life by improving the
mechanical retention of diamonds and reducing heat damage.
CBNT Series
Monocrystal CBN coated with titanium, recommended for vitrified bond
system and high temperature metal bond system, The coating is highly effective
in protecting CBN crystals form thermal damage and chemical erosion.
CBNT Series
Monocrystal CBN coated with nickel, recommended for resin bond system,
The nickel cxoating effectively promotes the mechanical retention of CBN
crystals to matrix and hence greatly extends the service life of tools,
The nickel coating weight perccnt is 56%, or can be adjusted to any other
value at user's request.
